This blog is becoming really lame, no offense Andreas, but with Wii launching I must say the speculation is over !

I don't think it is becoming lame. I mean, I guess I can understand how some would get tired of speculation, but I still enjoy it.

But, more importantly, I really enjoy Falafelkid's commentaries on the various news items he posts. That's why I keep coming back here. I can get industry headlines anywhere, but I enjoy his commentary.

"Twilight Princess trumps RE4 in many technical regards, not least of which is the size and scale of the game environments. This is not determined by disc size alone (In fact, the disc size is the same on the GCN version).

RE4 actually has incredible amounts of pop-up and draw-in, especially in the village areas. The graphic design compensates for this by making every attempt to focus your attention on the immediate foreground. It works pretty well, but it's technically inferior to TP's engine in this regard.

In addition, RE4 runs at a resolution of 640x360 and a framerate of 24fps on GameCube. Twilight Princess runs at a resolution of 854x480 and a framerate of 30fps. It's pushing more than twice as many pixels as RE4 and looking good doing it. That's a difference almost on the same scale as moving from 480p to 720p.

While you might make a very convincing argument that RE4 has superior art design to Twilight Princess, in virtually every technical regard TP is the clear winner."

You are a tard.
Seriously this is probably the biggest BULL I have ever heard in my entire life.
The only thing that is true is that it can't look as good since the engine renders locals way vaster than RE4.
Everything else is BULL.
Just utter BULL.
Such a claim just shows you up as someone who hasn't seen the constant beauty of RE4 from beginning to end.
The truth is, RE4 did things on Gamecube that Gamecube wasn't supposed to do.
They found the perfect belance between all visual aspects.
And the artstyle rounded it off.
Zelda simply can't hold a candle to the outcry of Gamecubes enchained power that was RE4.
You are talking as if you were the person responsible for overseing the codes of both games.
You cannot proove what you say.
It's impossible.
It's wishful thinking on your part and nothing else.
There is more to it than meets the eye.
RE4 clearly shined.
RE4 was without a doubt Gamecubes shining moment.
I am THE BIGGEST GRAPHICS WHORE on this planet.
I just know it.
You ain't pulling a fast one on me.

It isn't speculation anymore (except for sales), its more fact and previews now.

And I don't know what the whole LoZ:TP vs. RE4 was about, but the game isn't even out yet.. why compare graphics?
