There should be announcements at both the D.I.C.E. Summit and the GDC regarding the Nintendo Revolution. But it may be worth to also keep an eye on the smaller shows. It will help pass the time, anyway.

Nice summary. ^_^

Btw, i really hope (I almost BELIEVE *laugh*) for a news Zelda trailer, screenshots or at least news to be released/announced at the DICE or GDC.
Perhaps the confirmation of the TP - Revo relationship. ;)

Only two of the many conferences over the next twelve weeks will have Nintendo/Revolution information? Hopefully we'll be told a final name and shown the final look of the console at D.I.C.E.. I'd really like some more information on Nintendo WiFi Connection for the Revolution, too. Twelve weeks is sooo long. *sigh*

9th of February 2006 D.I.C.E. Summit.
20 - 24th of March 2006 GDC.
9 - 12nd of May 2006 E3.

-------------------------------------------------------
... *IF* it's kind of easy to copy ... thay not show it at D.I.C.E. Summit.

Maybe some part at GDC. (but maybe not directly or directly showing most important part). But only if thay plan to sale revolution soon after E3.

Hi Bankai. I haven´t been given a proper invitation yet. There are only provisional lists that have been passed on to NOA (and I´m on it) but no formal invitations have been sent out. Once they are, I´ll post it as soon as possible.

Hi Pi. I think you may be right. I have been tuning in to various sources since posting this and it seems that there will be little revealed until E3. I wouldn´t expect too much from D.I.C.E., since it´s so soon and there seem to be no NCL people present. There will be no substantial news without NCL reps there, I guess. GDC is our best hope, I guess.

DICE is a day before my birthday, hopefully it'll be a good present :)

^^^ I don't know if you've seen this, but Raid over the River is being developed for the DS and Revolution.

Someone posted something on a forum that was supposedly from IGN, but I can't find the article right now.

"The main character of the game is pilot David McBride, a 40-year-old veteran of Operation "Sand Storm". He discovers, by a total chance, the plans of the "Molayarius", a sect cultivating traditions of the Knights Templar of Grand Master Jacques de Molay crest. They aim to summon the demon Bafometonto the world. David aims to to destroy these plans, but he finds himself in a world and an epoch of danger as he is flung through time, is led and perhaps misled by the seductive but dangerous Anna, and is constantly under fire as he flies through 10 levels of shooting and flying action all around the world and across time."

Not to bash, but if you're going to spot your own site, at least say 'my' sweet blog. Also, your blog is kind of ... well, lets just say the lack of punctuation (and the extra punctuation), bad grammar, and bad spelling kind of makes it hard to read (and it kind of just reads like a Nintendo fan-boy).

@ anonymous aboce talking about raid over the river. interesting info if true. a game that employs the Knights Templar (Free Masons) as the enemy very interesting especially since i despise the illuminati and think free masons really are a large evil organization. to employ them in a game i think is a first.

Anonymous said...

Why do you despice the illuminati? The illuminati are not completely evil. They are just fighting for world were religion doesn't disturb the evelution of science and society.
Even a world with no religion.
At least its a good aim.

PS: sorry for being so offtopic.

Blizz419 said...

how do you know this? they are very large and secretive, and if you look into there history you will find refrences of religious influence in a manner of speaking, ancient jeweish black magic, devil worship, beastiality. and anything that large and that secretive can not be good.
