This news comes only days after Nintendo announced it was in development of 45 Wii titles. Clearly, the remaining months of this year are going to be packed with killer apps.
Aside from the list of first party titles, 2007 will also see a level of third party support that has not been seen on a Nintendo console since the SNES days. For a start, we are still awaiting the official confirmation of the ´Star Wars´ game that I have been able to exclusively confirm on this blog a year ago.
EDIT There was much more information in the original document than was cited by other media outlets. So I have now compiled all the new info on Wii software right here.

I bet you Julian Eggebrecht will sooner or later make a Wii game just to get one over on Wii devs.
The other day he admitted that he was at loss seeing how incompetent other Wii devs are and how they did things 6 years ago that other Wii devs still haven't figured out today technically. I'm tellin'you, he is dead keen on it privily. He wants to trample them all down cause they are unfit vermin in his eyes that only begrime Factor 5's technical accomplishments with their hopelessly underachieving attempts. It's a burning issue to him. He wants to inflict pain on them. He wants them to throw in the towel. He wants to come to the fore. Julian Eggebrecht. Factor 5. The redeemer. The last hope. A Nintendo fan girls' (and boys alike) wet dream. 1 hope 1 quest.

but Kid you know what ? to be honest with you , I find it rather stupid that Nintendo doesn't hype Metroid 3.
I mean have you seen any updates on that game the last couple of months? What's going on Kid? Isn't that game supposed to come out this year? Are they placing their bets on word of mouth marketing or something? Strange , strange
Nintendo.
If I was in Nintendos position I would do all that's in my powers to hype that game in (online-) publications, with aggressive advertising and whatnot.
I don't know what to say, honestly, I'm at loss.

Yummie!
Let them come!
Nintendo should be hyping Metroïd 3, Super Smash and Mario Galaxy... 3 of the best from Nintendo, all coming out 2007-early 2008.
Maybe Nintendo just doesn't have time to hype anything with all the success and the 40+ projects in the pipelines...
You've gotta love living in Europe and owning a Nintendo console...
it's grrrrreat!
SWEET GOD.
That, my friends, is a lineup.
Has anyone else started to notice that Nintendo only gives exact dates and really hypes games once we get within 3 months of when they're actually released?
It's like Nintendo decided not to tell us about games waaay in advance so that they can surprise us and create a short-term marketting blitz to whip consumers up into a feeding frenzy for each quarter's games!
